Volleyball Recap: Metro W Comes Up Short

Metro W lost against Unity Christian back in September of 2022, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Warriors took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Knights. The Warriors have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Metro W was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made Unity Christian work for it, especially in the second set. The final score came out to 25-21, 30-28.

Metro W now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Unity Christian, they pushed their record up to 9-4 with the victory, which was their tenth straight at home dating back to last season.

Metro W does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Unity Christian, they will challenge East Moline Christian at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.
