Former Cretin-Derham Hall star is one of Minnesota's top recruits in recent years.

Factoring in results and schedule strength, MaxPreps partner Ned Freeman at CalPreps.com has produced dynasty ratings for the top high school football programs in all 50 states.

Freeman's rating takes into account games going back to 2003, giving fans and readers and unmatched look at the high school football landscape over the past 15 years.

We head to Minnesota, where the top two teams in the dynasty ratings have appeared in a state championship game in 11 of the past 15 seasons. Which of them owns the No. 1 spot?
