Softball Recap: Trinity Christian Comes Up Short

Trinity Christian lost against West Monona back in June of 2016, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Tigers lost 7-1 to the Spartans. The match marked the Tigers' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Trinity Christian has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last seven games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-9 record this season. As for West Monona, the win (which was their 12th in a row) raised their record to 22-6.

Coming up, Trinity Christian will square off against Harris-Lake Park at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for West Monona, they will face off against AHSTW at 7:15 p.m. on Monday.
