Softball Recap: Lovejoy Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Lovejoy can now relate to. They lost 19-0 to the Alexander Cougars on Monday. The Wildcats' defeat continues a trend for the team, making it three in a row.

Lovejoy now has a losing record of 8-9. As for Alexander, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 17 of their last 19 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 26-4 record this season.

As of now, neither Lovejoy nor Alexander have any future games scheduled.
