Soccer Game Preview: Pace Academy vs. Forest Park

The Pace Academy Knights will head out on the road to face off against the Forest Park Panthers at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Pace Academy is coming into the game hot, having won their last three games.

Pace Academy proved they can win big on Friday (they won by ten) and on Monday they proved they can win the close ones too. They never let Lambert get on the board and left with a 1-0 win. The Knights' defense has been rock solid lately; the team hasn't given up a goal in their last three contests.

Meanwhile, after failing to score in their last match, Forest Park made sure to put some goals up on the board against Mays on Friday. Everything went their way against the Raiders as they made off with a 9-0 victory. The Panthers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four games by three goals or more this season.

Their offense was hitting Mays from everywhere, as eight different players booted in a goal. Freddy Nandi led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by himself.

Forest Park's win bumped their record up to 6-2. As for Pace Academy, their victory bumped their record up to 7-2.
