Basketball Recap: Amador Comes Up Short

Amador was the 44-41 winner over El Dorado when they last played one another back in January, but their luck changed this time around. The Amador Buffaloes fell to the El Dorado Cougars 24-19. The Buffaloes have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Among those leading the charge was Kali Cusic, who posted eight points. The dominant performance also gave her a new career-high in shooting accuracy (67%).

Amador's defeat dropped their record down to 14-13. As for El Dorado, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 15-12 record this season.

Amador didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 49-31 loss against Argonaut on the 13th. As for El Dorado, they have also already played their next match, a 32-28 win against Union Mine on the 13th.
