Basketball Recap: Chestnut Ridge Snaps Ten-Game Streak of Losses on the Road

Chestnut Ridge needed a changed in momentum after dropping five straight games and they got it from Leah Vent. The Chestnut Ridge Lions walked away with a 57-48 victory over the Bald Eagle Area Eagles on Friday thanks in part to Vent, who shot 6-for-8 from downtown and dropped a double-double on 30 points and ten boards. The dominant performance also gave her a new career-high in blocks (two).
