            Baseball Preview: Academy of Richmond County Musketeers vs. Hephzibah Rebels        
        
		
        
        
            Academy of Richmond County is  a perfect 10-0 against Hephzibah since March of 2021 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. Academy of Richmond County will be playing in front of their home fans against Hephzibah  at 5:30  p.m. Academy of Richmond County will be strutting in after a  victory while Hephzibah will be coming in after a  defeat.
Last Friday, Academy of Richmond County got the win against Baldwin  by a conclusive  15-1. The  game marked the Musketeers' most dominant  win of the  season.

 Brooks Dickinson made a big impact while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound,   not allowing a single  earned run over five innings pitched. Dickinson was also big at the plate,  going a perfect 3-for-3 with two  runs, one  triple,  and one  stolen base. He is becoming a predictor of Academy of Richmond County's success: when he posts  at  least two  runs the team is 2-1 (and 3-9 when he doesn't).
 In other batting news, Academy of Richmond County let  Sam Roberts and  Parker Skedsvold run wild. Roberts  scored two  runs while  getting on base  in all four of his plate appearances, while  Skedsvold  scored three  runs and  stole two bases while  getting on base  in two of his four plate appearances. That's the most  runs  Roberts has posted since back in February.  Ben Wright was another key player,  scoring a  run while  getting on base  in all four of his plate appearances.
Meanwhile, Hephzibah was not able to break out of their rough patch  on Monday as the team picked up their third straight  loss. They lost  15-1 to Augusta Prep Day.
  Bryson Warren made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and  scored a  run and  stole three bases.
 The  victory made it two in a row for Academy of Richmond County and  bumps their season record up to 5-10. Those  wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 2  run in those games. As for Hephzibah, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-12.
 Everything went Academy of Richmond County's way against Hephzibah in their previous meeting  back in April of 2024, as Academy of Richmond County made off with  an  8-0 victory. Will Academy of Richmond County repeat their success,  or does  Hephzibah has a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
