South Paulding had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 3.5 runs) and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. They never let the Villa Rica Wildcats get on the board and left with a 2-0 win. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 9-8 back in August.

South Paulding's victory bumped their record up to 6-8. As for Villa Rica, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 10-6.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. South Paulding will challenge rival Alexander at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Villa Rica is set to take on their familiar foe New Manchester at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
