Escalon's game on Friday was all tied up 0-0 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They came up short against the Hilmar Yellowjackets, falling 3-0. The result was nothing new for the Cougars as the team haven't won a game since January 3rd.

Escalon's defeat dropped their record down to 3-8-5. As for Hilmar, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 12-4-3 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Escalon has already played their next matchup (against Hughson), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
