Softball Recap: Liberty Comes Up Short

Liberty was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their 11th straight defeat. They lost 23-0 to the Drumright Tornadoes. If the Tigers were looking for revenge after losing 13-0 to the Tornadoes when the teams met back in September of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Liberty's loss dropped their record down to 1-15. As for Drumright, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 10-8-1.

Liberty has already played their next contest, a 12-0 defeat against Prue on the 9th. As for Drumright, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Ripley on the 9th.
