Wilkes-Barre waltzed into their game on Monday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They came out on top against the Wyoming Area Warriors by a score of 40-27. That's more bragging rights for the Wolfpack, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Wilkes-Barre's victory bumped their record up to 4-2. As for Wyoming Area, they dropped their record down to 1-6 with the defeat, which was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Wilkes-Barre will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Hazleton Area at 7:15 p.m. on January 2, 2025. Wyoming Area will also get a bit of a break before their next match: they'll face off against MMI Preparatory School at 7:15 p.m. on January 3, 2025.
