Softball Recap: Oklahoma Union Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Oklahoma Union was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They came up short against the Fairland Owls, falling 19-0. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Cougars of the 15-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

Oklahoma Union's loss dropped their record down to 5-18. As for Fairland, they have been performing well recently as they've won eight of their last ten games. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-7 record this season.

Oklahoma Union will square off against Hominy at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Bucks' pitching crew has only allowed 0.8 runs per game this season, so the Cougars' hitters will have their work cut out for them. As for Fairland, they will take on Jay at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
