Soccer Game Preview: Lincoln vs. Elizabeth

The Lincoln Tigers and the Elizabeth Bulldogs will compete for holiday cheer at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. The two teams each escaped with close wins against their previous opponents.

Elizabeth will face off against a team with plenty of momentum: Lincoln extended their winning streak to three on Friday. The Tigers came within a single goal of losing the streak, but they secured a 3-2 W against Wilson.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Elizabeth, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They won by a goal and slipped past West Adams 2-1. Elizabeth wouldn't have won without Rubi Cardona, who scored the game-winner.

Lincoln now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Elizabeth, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.
