Springport had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. They were the clear victors by a 12-2 margin over the Stockbridge Panthers. Considering the Spartans have won seven matchups by more than five runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Springport's victory bumped their record up to 14-2. As for Stockbridge, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost seven of their last nine games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-11 record this season.

Springport will take on Michigan Center at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Stockbridge, they will head out to square off against Bangor at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
