Baseball Recap: Crestview Takes a Loss

Crestview might've scored the first runs on Tuesday, but it was Northmor who claimed the real prize. The Cougars lost 12-1 to the Golden Knights. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Cougars of the 8-7 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2025.

Crestview saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Kayn Patton, who went 1-for-3 with one run.

Crestview's loss was their fourth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 9-11. As for Northmor, the win was the ninth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 20-5.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Crestview will be taking part in a tournament against New London at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Northmor, they will welcome Tree of Life Christian at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
