Football Recap: Douglass Takes a Loss

After flying high against Conway Springs last Friday, Douglass came back down to earth. The Bulldogs fell 31-20 to the Haven Wildcats on Friday. The Bulldogs lost against the Wildcats in their previous head to head back in September of 2024, too, but the margin this time around was much closer than the 37-0 score last time.

Douglass' loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Haven, the win keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.

Douglass wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 54-40 defeat against Kingman on the 3rd. As for Haven, they have also already played their next matchup, a 15-14 loss against Garden Plain on the 3rd.
