Morgan County had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the East Jackson Eagles on Friday. Morgan County haven't had any issues with East Jackson recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive win against them.

Morgan County's victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 13-3. Those home wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 25 goals over those five games. As for East Jackson, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost nine of their last ten contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-12 record this season.
