Baseball Preview: Banneker Trojans vs. Dutchtown Bulldogs
The Banneker Trojans are taking a road trip to square off against the Dutchtown Bulldogs at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Banneker has now lost 11 straight, leaving the team hunting for their first win since March 6.
Friday just wasn't the day for Banneker's offense. They lost 18-0 to McIntosh last Friday.
Meanwhile, Dutchtown made easy work of Jonesboro on Monday and carried off an 8-2 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Bulldogs.
Trejean Webb was a major factor no matter where he played. He struck out six batters over four innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off one hit.
