Pataula Charter Academy's game on Monday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They blew past the Terrell County Greenwave 21-6. The high-scoring effort was just what the Panthers needed considering they were shut out in their previous matchup.

Sophie Conner and Avjah Lynn made a splash while hitting and pitching. On the mound, Conner struck out seven batters over two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. Meanwhile, Lynn pitched one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. Conner has been consistent: she hasn't given up more than one hit in five consecutive appearances. At bat, Conner went 1-for-2 with one home run, two runs, and one stolen base, while Lynn went a perfect 2-for-2 with three runs, one stolen base, and one RBI.

In other batting news, Kaitlyn Chapman was a standout: she went a perfect 2-for-2 with five RBI, two runs, and one stolen base. That's the most RBI she has posted since back in September of 2024. Zyion Clark also deserves some recognition as she hit her first triple of the season.

Pataula Charter Academy was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .750. They are a perfect 9-0 when they post a batting average of .375 or better.

Pataula Charter Academy has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-8 record this season. The team dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 10 runs. As for Terrell County, they dropped their record down to 0-8 with the defeat, which was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season.
