Kanlee Douglas posted a new career-high in strikeouts on Tuesday. She struck out five batters over seven innings while giving up just two earned (and two unearned) runs off seven hits (and not a single walk). She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than two walks in five consecutive appearances.

Douglas' effort led Coffee over Thomas County Central and she'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
