Basketball Recap: Jurupa Valley Comes Up Short

Jurupa Valley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They fell 39-27 to the La Sierra Eagles. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Jaguars this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 33-28 on January 9th.

Jurupa Valley's loss dropped their record down to 7-14. As for La Sierra, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 5-10 record this season.

Jurupa Valley will head out to face off against Ramona at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for La Sierra, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Patriot at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
