Middletown won the last time they faced Cloverdale and things went their way on Friday too. The Middletown Mustangs managed a 50-46 win over the Cloverdale Eagles. The victory was nothing new for the Mustangs as they're now sitting on six straight.

When it comes to explaining why Cloverdale lost, don't look at Amara Galvan. Despite the final result, she posted 34 points. That was a full 73.9% of Cloverdale's points, marking the third time in a row she's scored more than a third of the team's points.

Middletown pushed their record up to 12-5 with the win, which was their fourth straight on the road. As for Cloverdale, their defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 8-10.

When Middletown and Cloverdale next hit the court, they'll be up against teams who recently just can't seem to lose. Middletown will challenge Kelseyville and their four-game winning streak at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Similarly, Cloverdale will try to stop St. Helena's three-game winning streak when the meet at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
