Softball Recap: Hershey Comes Up Short

Hershey fell victim to Kearney Catholic and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They came up short against the Stars, falling 14-0. The Panthers have struggled against the Stars recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive lost matchup.

Hershey's loss dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Kearney Catholic, they pushed their record up to 5-0 with the win, which was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season.

Looking ahead, Hershey will look to defend their home field on Thursday against Alliance at 6:30 p.m. As for Kearney Catholic, they will venture away from home to challenge Southern Valley/Alma at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday.
