Meadowbrook Christian wins going away against Canton

Meadowbrook Christian put another one in the bag on Monday to keep their perfect season alive. They blew past Canton 50-30. Given Meadowbrook Christian's advantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania basketball rankings (they are ranked 15th, while Canton is ranked 217th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Meadowbrook Christian was led to victory by Madalyn Fasnacht and Kailey Devlin. Fasnacht scored 18 points along with 4 steals, while Devlin scored 23 points along with 3 steals. That makes it three consecutive games in which Devlin has scored at least 25% of Meadowbrook Christian's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Alayna Smith, who scored 4 points.
Meadowbrook Christian's win bumped their record up to 4-0. As for Canton, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-3.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Meadowbrook Christian will be home for the holidays to greet Belleville Mennonite at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Canton will take on Towanda at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
