Chaparral took care of business in their home opener (and then some) on Saturday. Everything went their way against the Alamogordo Tigers as they made off with a 6-0 win. That's more bragging rights for Chaparral, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

They hit Alamogordo with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Juan Nunez (2), Brian Flores (2), Andi Cruz, and Jackziel Delgado.

Alamogordo's loss dropped their record down to 2-2.

Chaparral has already played their next matchup, a 2-1 victory against Roswell on the 29th. As for Alamogordo, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 4-0 win against Monte Del Sol Charter on the 30th.
