Softball Recap: Arapahoe Gets the Win

Arapahoe lost to Pine Creek on Saturday, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Saturday. The Warriors walked away with an 8-5 win over the Eagles. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Warriors.

Macie Miller spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered three earned (and two unearned) runs on 12 hits. She has been consistent: she hasn't given up more than two walks in six consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, Isabella Knox and Regan McGinnis did most of the damage at the plate: Knox went 1-for-4 with one home run, while McGinnis went 2-for-5 with three RBI and one double.

Arapahoe's victory bumped their record up to 14-12. As for Pine Creek, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 20-5.

As of now, neither Arapahoe nor the Eagles have any future games scheduled.
