Soccer Recap: Buckley Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Buckley can now relate to. They came up short against the Antelope Valley Antelopes on Wednesday, falling 4-0. The matchup was a close 1-0 at the break, but unfortunately for the Griffins it sure didn't stay that way.

Buckley's loss dropped their record down to 8-2. As for Antelope Valley, their win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 9-8.

Buckley does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Antelope Valley, they will square off against Grace at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Grace will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Antelope Valley surely won't give up without a fight.
