They narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the Union Mine Diamondbacks 2-1. The win (which was Argonaut's fourth in a row) raised their record to 13-4. The victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up one goal over those four contests. As for Union Mine, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-8-2 record this season.
