Football Game Preview: Walkersville Lions vs. Brunswick Railroaders + How To Watch

The Walkersville Lions will venture away from home to challenge the Brunswick Railroaders at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Walkersville has given up an average of 25.9 points per game this season, but Friday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Walkersville is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to 59 points last Friday, they were much more limited against Oakdale on Friday. They were dealt a 46-13 loss at the hands of Oakdale. The defeat continues a trend for the Lions in their meetings with Oakdale: they've now lost four in a row.

Meanwhile, Brunswick ended up a good deal behind South Carroll on Friday and lost 29-10.

Brunswick's loss dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Walkersville, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-3.

Walkersville and Brunswick were neck-and-neck in their previous matchup back in October of 2024, but Walkersville came up empty-handed after a 27-26 loss. Can the Lions avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
