Soccer Recap: Bishop Hartley Gets the Win

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against St. Francis DeSales, Bishop Hartley was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Marysville Monarchs, sneaking past 2-1.

Bishop Hartley is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-2 record this season. As for Marysville, they now have a losing record of 2-3-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Bishop Hartley will take on Bishop Watterson at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Bishop Watterson's last three games have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Marysville, they will venture away from home to take on Dublin Jerome at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
