Carrollton is a perfect 10-0 against Chapel Hill since August of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Trojans will look to defend their home field against the Panthers at 2:00 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Carrollton has eight straight victories, Chapel Hill has three straight losses), but none of that matters once you're on the field.

While Carrollton's win against Haralson County wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Trojans sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-1 victory over the Rebels on Friday.

Meanwhile, Chapel Hill lost 14-4 to Bowdon on Wednesday.

Jayda Young made the most of her time in the batter's box despite the final result and went 1-for-3 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one run. Hailey Garcia also deserves some recognition as she hit her first double of the season.

Carrollton's win bumped their record up to 20-2. As for Chapel Hill, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-20.

Everything went Carrollton's way against Chapel Hill in their previous matchup back in August, as Carrollton made off with a 12-0 victory. Do the Trojans have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Panthers turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
