Classical Academy is 4-0 against Santa Fe Christian since January of 2022 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Wednesday. The Classical Academy Caimans just played last yesterday, but they'll still welcome the Santa Fe Christian Eagles at 6:30 p.m.

On Tuesday, Classical Academy was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap as they fell 34-30 to Tri-City Christian. The Caimans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Santa Fe Christian fell on hard times earlier this season, but after back-to-back victories it seems like their luck might finally be changing. They rang in the new year with a 44-33 win over Chula Vista on Saturday.

Santa Fe Christian's win came from a few key players Classical Academy will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Ava Robbins, who dropped a double-double on 26 points and ten boards. Another player making a difference was Piper Lenihan, who posted 12 points in addition to five boards and five steals.

Santa Fe Christian's victory bumped their record up to 4-10. As for Classical Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-7.

Classical Academy didn't have too much breathing room in their matchup against Santa Fe Christian in their previous meeting back in January of 2023, but they still walked away with a 52-46 win. Will Classical Academy repeat their success, or does Santa Fe Christian have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
