Buchholz put another one in the bag on Saturday to keep their perfect season alive. They came out on top against the Osceola Warriors by a score of 6-1.

Dion Wilburn tossed a big game, not allowing a single earned run and allowed only one hit while striking out seven over five innings pitched. That's the fewest hits he has allowed since back in February.

At the plate, the team relied heavily on Zac Brown, who scored a run and stole two bases while going 2-for-3. He has been hot recently, having posted two or more stolen bases the last three times he's played. Another player making a difference was Roen Kresak, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with two RBI.

Buchholz's victory was their 16th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 19-0. Those wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.8 runs on average over those games. As for Osceola, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last eight games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-9 record this season.

A feisty cat fight will be fought as Buchholz Bobcats take on Valdosta Wildcats at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Osceola, they will welcome Palm Harbor University at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Palm Harbor University will roll in looking for their ninth straight victory, something Osceola surely won't give up without a fight.
