Baseball Recap: Dublin Takes a Loss

Dublin fell victim to Bleckley County and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They lost 11-0 to the Royals. The Fighting Irish just can't catch a break and have now endured three losses in a row.

Dublin's defeat dropped their record down to 13-9. As for Bleckley County, they have been performing well recently as they've won 11 of their last 14 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-7 record this season.

Bleckley County will square off against Jeff Davis at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Both teams are headed into the matchup with plenty of momentum (the Royals have won three straight at home, while the Yellowjackets won six straight on the road), something that'll have to change. Dublin will be paying especially close attention to Bleckley County's contest: after Bleckley County faces off against Jeff Davis, they'll take on Dublin again at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
