Avery Miller put up the most strikeouts she's had since back in October of 2024 on Tuesday. She struck out nine batters over seven innings while giving up just one earned (and three unearned) runs off nine hits. She was dominant the last time she took on Seckinger back in September of 2024, so they probably should've seen this coming. Miller has been consistent: she hasn't given up more than two walks in six consecutive appearances.
