With a playoff win on the line, Southern Huntingdon County rose to the challenge on Wednesday. They blew past the United Lions 55-32. The Rockets have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 12 contests by 23 points or more this season.

United's defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of Lilly McGinnis, who went 6-for-13 to rack up 19 points, and Brooke Esposito, who posted four points and five rebounds. McGinnis is also crushing it when it comes to steals: she's grabbed at least two every time she's taken the court this season.

Southern Huntingdon County has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won ten of their last 11 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-5 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 67.0 points over those games. United now has a losing record of 11-12.
