Sioux City West lost against Storm Lake back in July of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Wolverines lost 7-1 to the Tornadoes.

Sioux City West has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost seven of their last nine contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-12 record this season. As for Storm Lake, they have been performing well recently as they've won 11 of their last 13 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 24-6 record this season.
