Alisal skates past Rancho San Juan with ease

The Alisal Trojans have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won three contests by 40 points or more this season. They blew past Rancho San Juan 78-22 at home. With Alisal ahead 51-17 at the half, the game was all but over already.
Leading Alisal to victory were Nayeli Gil-silva and Lesly Rodriguez trevi?o. Gil-silva scored 21 points, while Rodriguez trevi?o scored ten points along with eight steals and seven assists. The match was Rodriguez trevi?o's fifth in a row with at least ten points. Aileen Gonzalez was another key contributor, scoring nine points along with five steals.
Alisal's win bumped their record up to 4-1-1. As for Rancho San Juan, their loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 4-4.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Alisal will challenge Harker at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Rancho San Juan won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Pajaro Valley at 7:00 p.m. on December 14th. Pajaro Valley is still on the hunt for that elusive first 'W'.
