Soccer Recap: North Tahoe vs. North Valleys
After flying high against Yerington last Monday, North Tahoe came back down to earth. The North Tahoe Lakers took a 4-2 hit to the loss column at the hands of the North Valleys Panthers on Tuesday.

Scout Mitchell scored both of North Tahoe's goals, bringing their combined season tally to five goals.
North Tahoe's defeat dropped their record down to 6-3. As for North Valleys, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-2-1.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. North Tahoe will face off against Truckee at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Truckee is coming into the game with four straight wins at home, so North Tahoe will have to stop a team with plenty of momentum. As for North Valleys, they will have plenty of time to enjoy the victory as they don't play again for a while. They'll take on Incline at 5:30 p.m. on October 1st. North Valleys is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 5.2 goals per game this season.
