Soccer Recap: Sugar Creek Charter Victorious

After low-scoring totals in their previous five matchup, Sugar Creek Charter brought some dynamite into their most recent game. They blew past The Fletcher School 5-1 on Friday. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Sugar Creek Charter also won the last time the pair played back in August of 2024.

They hit The Fletcher School with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Brian Salvador (2), Yefferson Torrez, Michelange Nsau, and Alexis Cortez.

Sugar Creek Charter's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-5. As for The Fletcher School, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Coming up, Sugar Creek Charter will head out on the road to square off against Queen's Grant at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. As for The Fletcher School, they will welcome Ambassador Christian School at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. The Fletcher School will be up against Ambassador Christian School's rather soft defense (which has allowed three goals per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
