Softball Recap: North Atlanta Comes Up Short

South Forsyth hit North Atlanta with a five-run fifth inning on Tuesday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Warriors lost 11-1 to the War Eagles. The Warriors haven't had much luck with the War Eagles recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

North Atlanta's loss dropped their record down to 6-19. As for South Forsyth, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 11-16.

While North Atlanta had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
