The Chestnut Ridge Lions extended their postseason success on Tuesday against the Westinghouse Bulldogs. They breezed by the Bulldogs on the road to the tune of 55-24. The win was nothing new for Chestnut Ridge as they're now sitting on three straight.
Chestnut Ridge had a senior duo take command as Isabella Hillegass almost dropped a double-double on 13 points and nine steals and Ashlie Weaver scored 17 points along with six steals and five rebounds. Another player making a difference was Maya Wingard, who scored nine points along with five assists and three steals.
Chestnut Ridge is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 13-11 record this season. As for Westinghouse, they now have a losing record at 7-8.
