Soccer Recap: Cass Takes a Loss

Cass was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They lost 4-1 to the Carrollton Trojans. While losing is never fun, Cass can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Georgia soccer rankings (they are ranked 104th, while Carrollton are ranked 19th).

Cass now has a losing record of 6-7. As for Carrollton, they pushed their record up to 12-1 with the win, which was their sixth straight on the road.

Cass and Carrollton will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next matches. The next time Cass sees the pitch they'll take on Pebblebrook at 7:00 p.m. on the 17th. As for Carrollton, their break will end when they face Alexander at 7:30 p.m. on the 15th.
