Basketball Game Preview: Madison-Grant Argylls vs. Mississinewa Indians

Madison-Grant hasn't had much luck against Mississinewa recently, but that could start to change on Saturday. The Madison-Grant Argylls will be taking part in a tournament against the Mississinewa Indians at 10:00 a.m.

Madison-Grant is headed into the match out to prove that what happened against Mississinewa last Saturday (when they were outscored in every quarter) was just a minor bump in the road. Madison-Grant was beaten by Mississinewa 52-18. The Argylls were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 36-6.

Madison-Grant better keep an eye on Jaci Crick. She was instrumental in Mississinewa's win, going 6 for 8 on her way to 16 points and three steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Brooklynn Nash, who went 5 of 9 on her way to 14 points.

This is the second loss in a row for Madison-Grant and nudges their season record down to 3-10. As for Mississinewa, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-8 record this season.
