The Yorktown Tigers's road trip will continue as they head out to face the Anderson Indians at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.

Having struggled with five losses in a row, Yorktown finally turned things around against Centerville on Wednesday. They and the Bulldogs finished up their contest with a 1-1 draw. The result was nothing new for the Tigers as the team haven't won a game since September 7th.

Their goal came courtesy of Carter Maddox, which was the first he's scored this season.

Meanwhile, Anderson was able to grind out a solid win over Connersville on Tuesday, taking the game 3-1. The game got a bit rough at times, as the refs handed out a total of three yellow cards before it was all over: the Indians' Abram Silva and the Spartans' Kaden Mapes and Conner Graves were all carded.

With that draw, Yorktown's record moves to 3-8-2. As for Anderson, their victory bumped their record up to 8-4.
