Osage entered their tilt with Dike-New Hartford on Friday with five consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with six. They put the hurt on the Wolverines with a sharp 8-1 victory. Considering the Green Devils have won 16 matchups by more than five runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Osage's win was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 28-1. As for Dike-New Hartford, their defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 20-11.

Coming up, Osage will be playing in front of their home fans against East Marshall on Monday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Green Devils 2.2, the Mustangs 2.7) so any runs scored will be well earned. Dike-New Hartford does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
