Kiley Newberry Game Report: vs Platte Valley

Kiley Newberry put up the most stolen bases she's had since back in October of 2024 on Friday. She scored a run and stole two bases while getting on base in two of her three plate appearances, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best she's had all season long.

Coming up, Newberry and Wellington will take on Sterling in a tournament on Saturday. The last time Newberry duked it out with the Tigers (back in August of 2023), the Eagles came out on top by a score of 13-3. Will another strong game from Newberry be enough to do it again?
