Soccer Game Preview: Holy Innocents Episcopal vs. Wesleyan

Holy Innocents Episcopal is 0-6 against Wesleyan since March of 2015 but things could change on Tuesday. The Holy Innocents Episcopal Golden Bears will venture away from home to face off against the Wesleyan Wolves at 7:00 p.m. Neither squad made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Holy Innocents Episcopal fell victim to Pace Academy and their airtight defense on Saturday. They lost 10-0 to the Knights. The Golden Bears have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Wesleyan came up short against Northview on Friday and fell 3-1. The loss was Wolves' first of the season.

Holy Innocents Episcopal now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Wesleyan, their loss dropped their record down to 2-1.

Holy Innocents Episcopal might still be hurting after the 5-0 defeat they got from Wesleyan when the teams last played back in February of 2023. Can Holy Innocents Episcopal avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
