Soccer Recap: Hatch Valley Comes Up Short

Hatch Valley lost against Chaparral last Thursday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Bears fell just short of the Lobos by a score of 4-3. That's two games in a row now that Hatch Valley have lost by just one goal.

They hit Chaparral with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Alexis Saenz, Emmanuel Gomez, and Jonathan Garcia.

Hatch Valley has been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-6 record this season. As for Chaparral, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 6-5.

Hatch Valley has already played their next matchup, a 4-2 loss against St. Michael's on the 19th. As for Chaparral, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next contest, a 6-1 defeat against Lovington on the 20th.
